lc'ing this time around since 10/16/06. i've done it many many many times over the years since 98'..most successful was in 2001 when i lost a little more than a 100 pounds in just a few months. harder this time around. btw, i've been married (2nd marriage) since 2/28/04, our weddings were close in dates.

Wow! 100 lb in a couple of months...that's amazing! Wish my body would allow that to happen! Seems as though my body still has issues with letting the weight go even if I'm taking my Metformin(for my Insulin Resistance) and if I'm LC'ing. But, I keep LC'ing because I know it's what works best for my body!!
