I've been running for six months; doing about 25 to 30 miles
per week. I've lost 20 pounds, going from 170 to 150, and lost
two inches off my waist; 34 to 32. This change has resulted in
unsightly folds of skin around my midsection. I've been doing
crunches which have tightened my abdominals but how do I
tighten these folds of skin?

How old are you, first of all? Skin loses elasticity as you
age.

You may just have to live with it. You could speak to a
dermatologist and/or a cosmetic surgeon. As we age,
gravity wins. :)
