Hey everyone....my question is for those who had neuropathy but reversed it. Did it slowly improve little by little daily/weekly/monthly etc... or was there no improvement for a long time and then out of nowhere it improved...
I asked as i have neuropathy in my feet and finally going to give up the high carbs that has damaged my feet...
Thanks so much !!

Thankyou very much Zuleikaa for posting that thread for me. I see the original thread starter said it took him about 2 weeks to feel his feet. Now i have an idea about the process of healing this. Again thanks !!

Hi Harry,
What are you doing to reverse neuropathy besides diet?
I reversed my neuropathy. I actually reversed it without diet, but to keep it away and for other health reasons, I started a LC diet. I noticed improvement the first week and felt fine about the third week. It just faded away gradually over that time.
I addressed several diabetes related problems at once, so I don't really know which of the following was specifically the determinate for my neuropathy reversal. But, this is what I did to reverse it. I believe it is very important to now control my BG within the normal range to avoid further neuropathy problems and I believe that LC dieting is the way to do this.
Alpha Lipoic Acid - 100 mg
Antioxidant (D-Care) - 2 Tablets
Chromium Picolinate - 400 mcg
Cinnamon - 500 mg
CO Q-10 - 50 mg
Flax Oil w/omega-3 - 2g
Ginseng Complex - 1 Tablet
M-V Diabetes Formula - 2 Tablet(s)
Super B-Complex - 1 Tablet
Vitamin B-12 - 1000 mcg
Vitamin C - 2g
----------------------------------
The dosages were divided up morning and night for most of it. Some I just took in the morning or night but not both.
