Hi everyone!

Jan02-till now we logged 60 k speed walking
Jan 26-02-4 ks with my daughter,oldest dog and new puppy
Jan 26-02-My husband's workout--called the Navy Seal Workout
( it is as tough as it sounds and I can hardly breath when I am doing the 4 different types of crunches)
Jan 27-02 I will attempt Tae-bo,,took me 1 hour on Friday to find the beginner tape and then the puppy woke up!!!!

2k walk today.
Navy Seal Workout- it just doesn't get any easier..except when you can finally breath again after the crunches,120 to be exact!!!!!
I am pooped!!!!!!!

not a good workout day,,,,,,mind you I shovelled many piles of snow today. We had a major storm rush through.

My daughter was sick still,,,,,,did not want to leave her at all

How does snow shovelling compare to Tae-bo I wonder???????? ;)

Just a note,

Have not done any tae-bo or abdominal work this week yet
I really wrenched my neck and it was really stiff


I have chronic neck stiffness from an old injury so I tend to be careful with it.

Still lc'ing and walking,,,and still losing.... :cool: :D :D :D :D :wave:
