From www.LowCarbCafe.com
1-1 1/2 cps soy flour
1/2 cup parmesan
1 egg
enough water to make a workable dough
After mixing all ingredients together
Roll out on soy floured board very thin ( use plastic wrap so it does not stick)
Bake at 325-350 for 10 min
Remove and add toppings ( eg: cheese, tomatoe sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni)
Bake 10 min more approx. until bubbly
Really good,,,,,,,I love pizza and now don't have to give it up!!!!

Have you checked out the Meatza (http://www.lowcarb.ca/karen/recipe059.html) recipe yet? Pizza toppings on a meat crust? Much less carby and full of excellent fat and protein. It's great for breakfast! :D

I use a recipe very similar, but I just use the scantist bit of Tomato sauce applied with a basting brush, (a cup is a LOT) and by using Onion Powder instead of fresh onions in the crust and sauce you can lower the carb count of an already low recipe.
You can also make the crust into meatballs or patties, cook, cover with the tomato sauce, simmer a bit, then add the veggies, simmer, top with cheese don't stir, wait till cheese melts, then serve, knocking away as much tomato sauce as you can when you eat.

Smiley....just wanted to let you know that I made your pizza crust last night! Very workable!! Thanks. Only one problem, even though I greased the pan....it still stuck :( My solution? I just ate it from the pan :D I made it in an 8 inch round cake pan....my own little personal pizza.
