I just realized that my very very very very favorite dip is OK for my hubby and I to eat with pork rinds

Here it is: It is very good and gets better as it sits in fridge!!!!!!! :)

2 pkgs cream cheese (philly lite is low carb)
1/2 sour cream ( 250 grams)
1/4 finely chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon caraway
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 good size clove garlic
dash of salt

Mix cheese and sour cream in food processor first,
add onion, spices, and garlic, and salt and process till smooth (not runny)

YUMMMMMMMMMMMM

Smiley  ps ( We used to eat this dip with mounds of potatoe chips

Honestly, you should try this dip

it is so good with pork rinds or on crisp bread
and it is made with cream cheese and sour cream

( philly "lite" cream cheese is lower in carbs than reg)
(sour cream seems to be the same)

Hi Smiley,
I just thought this recipe would be good with vegies to dip, instead of pork rinds. You could use celery, cauliflower, broccoli, or even zucchini. It would be a great way to eat your vegies, and feel like you're having a treat. ;) Victoria

Just what I was looking for. I didn't want a mix and the powder seasonings just didnt work and was gritty.

Ill give this dip a try-- too bad I am out of chicharrones and broccoli -- guess I could use carrots.
