My husband is very pleased that I am finally using the Bowflex that I talked him into buying. We bought an Extreme 2 and I hope that with LC and Bowflexing, I can finally get back into shape. If someone out there with a Bowflex can chime in and let me know if I need to modify anything, I would appreciate the help. This is the beginners workout from the poster that came with the Bowflex.

Seated wide lat pulldown 80 lbs resistance (per side) X 30 reps
Bench press 20 lbs X 30 reps
Seated lat rows 25 lbs X 30 reps
Standing shoulder lat raise 10 lbs X 14 reps
Standing biceps curl 15 lbs X 15 reps
Triceps pushdown 15 lbs X 24 reps
Leg extension 50 lbs X 20 reps
Leg kickback 30 lbs X 10 reps
Low back extension 30 lbs X 10 reps
Trunk rotation 30 lbs X 10 reps
Abdominal crunches 30 lbs X 25 reps

Off to a hot shower for me!

Sorry I don’t have one but I keep looking at them.
One thing that I wonder about is how irritating is it to change to different exercises from one position to another and moving the resistance.

Changing resistance is pretty easy. You just have to grab another power rod and hook it up.

I'm back after many months. I walked for 25 minutes this evening.
