Today's planned menus:
Breakfast: FF Greek Yoghurt with quark, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, V8 juice
Mid-morning snack: Celery sticks and hummus
Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad, Broccoli soup
Mid-afternoon Snack: Pear
Dinner: Grilled salmon with courgette (zucchini) ribbons

B: Kashi Cereal w/ 1% milk, 6 oz. tomato juice
L: Tuna w/ mayo, cherry tomatoes, celery
D: Pork Roast, salad, broccoli

Today I ate...
B: 2 eggs, stalk of celery, 3 slices of cucumber 2T Mayo (egg salad on veggies)
S: none
L: 2 oz cheese, 2 c. salad, w/ 1 can of tuna, apple
S: 10 almonds
D: 6 oz grilled sirloin, 1/2 sweet potato, green beans
Dessert: probably nothing. maybe a cup of decaf coffee and a little milk. or some hot herbal tea (It's cold here right now!)

all around a good day for me... I PASSED on so many things today. It was "food day" in our office (I forgot, so hadn't brought anything friendly) so I just steared clear of the conference room... didn't even go in there to SEE what kind of destruction was available.
