I hate to exercise. I just hate it. I mean I really really hate it.

That being said, I need to kick my efforts up a notch. Tonight I walked on the treadmill and lifted a few weights for my wobbly arms, all while listening to my favorite country crooner,,, you guessed it, Willie. Somehow this made it more tolerable. I hope he works for me tomorrow night too. I need the inspiration.

Now I just have to add the water in. ARGHH, I just don't drink enough.

I just had to stop in and brag. I'm proud I got off my buttocks! Someone send me a cyber kick tomorrow!

Congratulation on doing something to improve yourself. Exercise is hard and you made your way through it today. You deserve a hand. Keep up the good work.

Exercise really isn't my thing either, but, that being said, I've resigned myself to the fact that I have to do it. When I walk on the treadmill, I usually watch something on TV. It makes the time pass faster. Also, I find if I vary what I"m doing, I don't get as bored. So I do aerobic tapes or go mall-walking to break it up abit. I keep waiting for the day when I'll say..."YEAH EXERCISE TIME!!!!!!!", but it hasn't happened yet! Good job though and maybe if we keep forcing ourselves to do it, it will eventually become habit and something we enjoy and look forward to!

Thanks guys...I need all the reinforcement I can get! I just have to muster up the willpower tomorrow too.

I'd rather clean my bathrooms!!

who says cleaning isn't excercise? scrubbing can definately work up a sweat!
