Starting with my first test when I was on no meds, heres what my results have been. 5-7 weeks between each test.
0 mcg ---> 6.6 TSH
1 mcg --->5.5
1.25 mcg---->5.98
1.5 mcg----->6.33
1.75 mcg----> test in a couple weeks
It went down after the first shot but now going up??? I have an ignorant doctor as we have a doctor shortage here. I don't know what else to do.

You should try to have the blood testing without having recently taken your thyroid prescription. For example, I usually take my pill 1st thing in the morning- but I'm being tested, I have the test done first, then take the pill, so your results wil consistently show your thyroid levels without use of any hormone replacements.

If you have hashi's it is normal to have fluctations as your thyroid is dying gradually. Also, many thing can affect TSH like time of day, how much sleep you got the night before, and so on.
That is a pretty high dose though... I have no functioning thyroid gland at all and I take 125 mcg. Although it is dependent on weight too. If you still have such high numbers and the hypo symptoms go away or you end up hyper, it might indicate a problem with your pituitary gland. TSH is actually produced by the pituitary gland.

Well after the last in crease to 175 mcg only a minor change in TSH level. Still at 5.7
No changes in symptoms, tired, brain fog, very dry skin, hair falling out.
Dosage has been upped to 200 mcg.
Sure hope I can eventually find another doc....
