I just wanted to verify if pickles are a safe food :) The label says no carbs... is it true? :)
Also, i just found a chocolate bar that claims to be carbo free. It has no sugar and no carbs. I'm sure there are 'hidden' carbs... but for a treat it's nice. What do you all think of those? SHould it be avoided all together?

Pickles are great, but they have some carbs. Check our carb counter for the exact count.
Chocolate bars contain many hidden carbs for sugar alcohols. You might want to pug the numbers into our hidden-carbs calculator. They're o.k. on occasions, but they stall many of us.
Both tools can by founf from the menu above.
