Hello all,
I am new to this forum, but not new to SB. I lost about 36 lbs since starting, but have been off-track for about 8 months. I am trying once again to break the rotten sugar addiction, I LOVE sweets! Oh how I wish I didn't! So I really created a yummy treat that uses 2 tbl. LF cream cheese and I mix it up with 1 SF/FF fudge pop, it is so yummy, but I don't want to totally blow it, I am SICK of the ricotta cheese treats!
I need help!! AAHHH...So I am on day 2 of PH I again to get control over my eating and am trying to break the sugar! Thanks for the tips in advance!
