Here is a question about step aerobics. What is a good way a
to break up the count with this move in step.
L-step Knee-over-Knee to Knee straddle around the world. What
is a good way to break it down to pieces by count?

1. What is "knee-over-knee"? I'm not familiar with this one
(and I've been teaching step for 14 years).
2. What is the total count of this combo? Around-the-world, by
itself, is normally16 counts, but this sounds like it might
not be an even 32-count combo. If that's true, you're going
to have a more difficult time teaching it and your
participants are going to have a more difficult time
learning it.

it is niot necessairly a combo it's an 8 count move and i am
just trying to break it down easier. A knee over knee is where
you have on leg cross over the other on the floor. Denise

No I am sorry I described it wrong. How do you break up the
count for the knee straddle around the world. That is what I
meant. It is 8 counts but what is a good way to break it up?
