Al dente carba Nada fettucine noodles made with Enriched Semolina Flour
I found these noodles and the specs are better than the whole wheat ones! What do you guys think? They may be too processed. I now see at the end of the ing digestive resistant cornstarch? What the Heck is that? They are 1.5 cups 140 calories, 1 fat, 24 carbs, 6 fiber, o sugar, 12 protein! They must taste like dirt.
I would only eat them on occasion once ever two or three weeks! (doing phase 2)

24 carbs...that is still quite a bit. I find that I cannot tolerate grain carbs not even the good ones. It always slows my weight loss. However you might want to look for shirataki noodles. They are 3 grams of carbs and 3 grams of fiber per serving. A small serving, say 3-4 ounces is incredibly filling. I had them with spagetti sauce and I have to say, I couldn't eat another thing all night long. For my money they are a much better choice. The shirataki noodles can be found at asian stores and some health food stores. I paid between 1.99 and 2.35 for about a 7 ounce bag. Yes, they are more expensive but worth it.

Thanks Joesfolk, I think the Whole Wheat ones said 40 carbs a serving! Maybe I will try them and see, I haven't had any noodle yet. Then I'll go get the asian ones. I need a litte variety or I wouldn't add a thing!

Publix also carries the shirataki noodles - don't know if you have Publix up there in NC or not.

No Publix, closest one is 45 min away in SC, good to know it though. If I go thru that town I can stop! Thanks!

IMHO...I think that its way too early in your program for you to be trying to eat anything made of white flour..even if it is low carb flour.
How about you waiting until you have lost 50 lbs total...or had 200 days without eating any white flour?
I have huge issues with white flour and have had to be extremely careful around it.....thats why I'm telling you this.

thanks guys! I figured as much. The label sure makes them sound doable but in the end they would show up on my scale!
