B: I made the veggie mini quiches but I added some chopped bacon and had one. (I'm pregnant so that was my justification for the bacon)., 2 c decaf
Sn: a few wheat thins
L: planning on tuna with avocado, or spinach salad with cherry tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms and vinaigrette
D: BBQ chicken breast, mixed veggies steamed
Dessert: 2 or 3 spoonfuls frozen dessert made from coconut milk that I found in health food store. It's called coconut craze and is very rich so just a little satisfies the sweet craving.
