I'm not Wa'il, but I have made the bread a few times (it's a winner!) I'm not sure, but I think the unique "gum" texture and binding qualities of these two fibers might not be able to be substituted. The bread might be rather crumbly.
Possibly xanthan gum could work as a binder, or you could try adding more egg (and decreasing the water).
If it does turn out crumbly, you could always toast the crumbs on a dry cookie sheet, add chopped nuts and some coconut, sweeten with Splenda or whatever and serve with cream..... lowcarb granola!
Doreen,
(who isn't being helpful, sorry)

Hi Carol,
I haven't done this, but you might want to give it a try, use an extra 1/3 cup whole wheat bran, and an extra 1/3 cup almond meal. I suggest those in case you don't want too much fiber. But if fiber is not the problem, hemp flour seem to have a beter texture for substitution, and less carbs.
Good luck,
Wa'il
