A couple of months ago I tried the SBD and lost 7 pounds in the first two weeks...then I fell off the wagon. A few weeks later I tried again and lost the same pounds plus a few more in the first two weeks.....then fell off the wagon again. I just finished doing Phase 1 again and I have stuck to the meal plans and drank water, and ate vegetables, but I've only lost 3 pounds...Am I doing something wrong?

No, you are probably not doing anything wrong but each time you do this, your results will be less and less......you need to stick with it for long term results and stop jumping on and off the wagon. Patience!!!

Would you please post a few menus so that I can try to give you more feedback?

Great! Thanks for posting.....
1-Is your veggie soup homemade? If its from a can, it has way too much sodium which can effect your weight loss.
2- it would help if you had the PB with celery
3- I don't see fish on this menu.....fish and veggies will help your body to lose more effectively.
4- is your chili home made? aagain, premade foods are loaded with sodium.

Hang in there and keep up your hard work....it will produce results if you stick with it. :agree:

yes my soup and chili are homemade and everything I eat, I try to keep low in sodium. Is tuna fish from a can okay? I do eat a lot of lean grille chicken too.

Yes..tuna from a can is good as long as you don't eat it more than once a week due to mercury. canned Salmon from is great!! as are sardines and mackerel.

Good job on making your own soup and chili!!! I eat alot of grilled chicken too....do you weigh and measure your protein?

Have you seen the Meal PLan guide that is with the updated food lists? It tells us to begin with a small portion, 3-4 ozs and go back for more if you are still hungry when finished.

Hi - just to add... I see you're eating 'small salad' ... Why? You can eat BIG salad on this diet which increases your fibre and your vitamin intake and it fills you up more. Don't be hungry - that's why most people ditch diets in the first place... Eat lots!

Basic rule - for every meal, one lc veg and one protein... You missed your veg with your breakfast, and also with your celery. Big salad, eat until you're satisfied. Have dessert... pamper yourself a bit. Don't feel deprived or it won't work. :)

Hi,
Just wanted to add that Trader Joes, (if you have one near you)
sells sodium free tuna in the can, it is very good, too much sodium alway's messes me up
