I have lost a few inches and several pounds, and yes, it's smaller, but it is still there. Sometimes, I feel very "pregnant", which I'm not. And, I really just want it to melt away!! Do I exercise more & target my abs? Do I just need to be patient? :help: :help:
What has worked for you (or is working for you)? I saw a Cross Crunch Exerciser at Walmart today, and even considered buying it to see if it helped. Any suggestions, comments, or help appreciated. Or even better, a magic wand to make it go away?

IMHO....I love pilates for the stomach muscles. It really works your total core and it works fast. If you are highyl motivated and will do it at home with a dvd, thats great!! But classes are the best way to do it for beginners because you will need to get the form right to have it be truly effective. The instructor coaches you in form during the class because it is hard to master.
Also, when you lose quickly, it can take a few months for your skin to go back so give your little paunch some time as you are working out and doing ab work.

and i know what i am talking about - my paunch is way too big, but it got better since i workout ... even the cellulite just went away...
