I have coincidentally met several low-carbers in my Mary Kay business who have provided great support outside of our forum. Actually, it was their recent personal support that got me bk on track on induction again! (yipee!) I've found since having my business/hobby, my thoughts are more focused on my customers and little less on food. Mkay and low-carbing in combination have helped me find more common ground in conversation w/ new acquaintances -- sometimes that's hard to do. Fortunately, as a result, I've made several new friends that I sincerely enjoy--not just customers. Anyway, these 2 topics seem to go hand-in-hand; as people start to feel good on the inside I can then help them feel/look good on the outside and in turn that makes me feel successful. I'm having fun w/ my business & enjoy my new friends. Since its been a positive experience for me I' d like to share it w/ my fellow low-carbers by offering my personal website www.marykay.com/tfogle1 as well as my email if anyone wants to chat about either topic. TKFOGLE95~msn.com. I've learned You can never have too much positive support.

Mary Kay in MD close!

Mary Kay will do wonders for your self esteem. I have been a consultant for over three years. Love the products, people, etc.

These forums are just as friendly as your Mary Kay family.

Hello Terri, It's nice to hear from another Mary Kay-er in the forum. I'm trying to encourage my friends/customers to participate in this support group; the information is fabulous! Good luck to you over the Valentine's Day rush and in your low-carbing!
