Menu:

B: LF yogurt with about 8 blueberries
S: none
L: Prawns with a large salad
D: Salmon with watercress sauce and a large salad
S: caramel ricotta creme

Water 100 floz

Been in the bed very sick today....I did manage to eat b'fast tho.

B: Scrambled egg beaters w/ mushrooms and 2% cheese, Tomato Juice
L: None (sleeping and no appetite)
D: ?? Have some stew meat leftover from weekend, probably that w/ a veggie....hopefully

S: none
L: 1c. chili, carrots, cucumbers, apple
S: 10 almonds
D: grilled burger large salad with extra veggies, evoo and vinegar for dressing
Dessert: decaf coffee and some skim milk

Breakfast: FF Greek Yoghurt, pear and 150ml V8 juice
Mid-morning snack: Broccoli soup
Lunch: Salmon with horseradish mayo, rocket and cherry toms
Mid-afternoon Snack: Vanilla Ricotta, pear
Dinner: Salmon & Prawn Thai Stew

B: pizza burger with mushrooms, pepperoni, sauce, no bread, coffee and fixins

S: Lc cookie

L: salad with tomatoe, egg, ranch, cheese except I never got around to eating it. School had me too upset.

D: Pizza casserole made with fresh mozzerela, mushrooms, pepperoni, sauce, and shirataki noodles. (Okay, so I had some stuff in the fridge I needed to use up. Usually I don't do the same flavors for two meals.)
S: If I end up having it, it will be veggies, I see I am a little deficient today.
