Hi TWL, I've never seen it in any shops, but it is available online. I just found a few local sites on google. (http://www.google.com.au/search?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial_s&hl=en&q=liquid+smoke+australia&meta=cr%3DcountryAU&btnG=Google+Search)
