I think Grrrlpower has a bowflex and she's doing BFL. Why don't you cruise over to her journal and check it out? She was going to start ~ beginning of Jan, however the death of her grandmother has side-tracked her a bit, as it would anyone who has had a loss. She hasn't posted much, so it's hard to know if she is BFL'ing or just what is happening.

And if I'm off-track re Grrrlpower & Bowflex, someone please correct me :p

Yes to both...Grrlpwer is my Bud for BFL but is taking a leave currently...She recently got the BowFlex and really loves it ... we could hardly keep her off of it, even when she wasn't feeling well! We miss her lots and hope to see her back real soon.
