Hi Everyone,
As I was sitting here this morning I got to thinking about Christmas and what I really wanted this year. I've been on SB for just over 2 years, hubby has lost and been maintaining. I posted this on SB thread but wanted to share with my TTC buddies too.

I had a struggle this summer and want to give myself the best present ever this Christmas.

I want to have lost 100 lbs by Christmas

Please jump in and tell us what you want for Christmas this year.

Mine would definetely have to be a health wish. I would wish that all these medical problems that have popped up would either...be solved, be cured, be controlled...whatever it takes to give me some piece of mind and a brighter outlook! :)

Dear Santa,

I really have been a good girl!!!! I've tried hard to get to goal and know the reason why I am not there - I'm working on it!!!

My wish this year isn't for me. Can I ask you to please send whoosh fairies to all my forum friends?

Thanks Santa, Julie

My goal is to be under 300 lbs by the new year, so 145 lbs lost total. My start date was January 20th, and my original loss goal for the year (which at the time I thought was unattainable) was 115. If I could make it from 445 (and I conceivably could have been as high as 460 at the time - I couldn't weigh myself until 2+ weeks after I'd started and those first couple of weeks are supposed to be big ones...when I did weigh myself I was at 438) to under 300 in a year would be an incredible thing.

My absolute dream is to weigh 285 by my year anniversary, as that would put me (according to the flawed science of BMI) under the point of "morbidly obese" for literally the first time since I was probably in elementary school. If I can't make it by then, I'll make it eventually - but if I could do that in one year it would be an amazing thing.

What do I want for Christmas?

I want to put zero effort into everything, and have the outcome I want for anything.

Now, see, since not even Santa can make that happen, I would like to have lost 30 more pounds by Christmas. I believe that it is wholly possible too..

Oh, and a PSP.. and a new Laptop.. And a new car.. And a raise.. and ...
