Hi all! I started exercising today! I walked 20 minutes on the treadmill and will do it again tomorrow and Friday. My goal is to exercise three times a week for starters...then add more days on later. I'm pretty excited since it's been awhile since I've exercised.
Before I started this WOE again, I was so tired and it was hard to walk across a parking lot. I'm happy to join all of you TD exercisers out there!

Great job! I could barely make it 3 mins on the stationary bike less than a year ago and mind you I haven't made great strides as many here have but I am capable of doing 15 mins now. I can walk across large parking lots, and now I will walk to the local grocer rather than wait an hr for the bus for a two minute ride.
