Can someone tell me how to get my picture above my name please? I have got it in the gallery but not sure how to get it here?

That would be your 'avatar' and the picture needs to be 100 x 100 pixels. Go to 'user CP' on the green bar above this (far left) and choose 'edit avatar' then at the bottom choose 'browse' and select the picture you've got saved that you want to use.
