Even though I'm drinking all this water everyday.. I'm still showing LARGE ketones :) :) :) I know that the more water I drink the faster they'll flush out and eventually become moderate to small..but right now.. I'm living Large !! :D

Enjoy the wonderful feeling of accomplishment. I am really addicted the the sticks and have been in ketosis for the last two weeks..and have been feeling great!!
