I just had to share my news! After feeling like crap for soooo long, I finally feel like I have a handle on my weight again!

3 yrs ago I lost 120 pds on Atkins! I never got to my goal, I still had 80 pds to go but after BAD divorce and a few life changes I managed to regain 90 pds back. That isn't an excuse but it was a hard couple of years and I made alot of mistakes with my eating habits. I've tried 20 times to start induction over and get a grip on my weight but I just couldn't. I found myself buying food everytime I went to the store -- in hopes of living LC again but one day I just gave up that dream. Then when none of my clothes would fit I went and weighed in and found myself at 322pds! I swore I would never be in the 300's again and there I was.

Two weeks ago I went on Induction after 3 years of being off Atkins and I am sooo happy! Today I weighed in and I have lost 7 more pounds! That is 14 pds. in two weeks! :agree: But the best news is that my sister in law worked me like a dog today. We walked two blocks and I was ready to quit but she was like NO let's keep going! She is a couch potato and to hear her being that motivated pushed me to walk a little more and before I knew it....I had walked 2 miles!!! :D I use to be very active and have always had excellent health {even though I'm overweight} then this summer I was working and managed to slip 3 disks in my back. I have struggled with the pain all summer and at times I've felt sorry for myself and just given up on any type of phsyical activity. But today I huffed and puffed my way up and down hills and I felt better than I have in a long, long time!

I can't believe that I'm on my way to becoming skinny! I didn't think I would ever be at this place again and I am sooooo happy! Hehe...and just had to share the news! It's easy to say "I'm going to change my lifestyle, but getting up and doing it is hard work" and I'm finally ready!!
