Inspiring interview with Richard Morris, the author of A Life Unburdened. Richard lost almost 200 lbs and took back control of his life.

I know this may sound corny, but changing what I ate enabled me to change my body and my life. I realize now, that for a long time, I was a consumer zombie… just shuffling along, taking my meds, watching TV and living well below my potential. Now I’m a new person inside and out

What a coincidence. I've just discovered his website and spent the last hour there. It's a great website (BreadandMoney (http://breadandmoney.com/)), great blog (The Free Radical (http://breadandmoney.com/thefreeradical/)), and great writing overall. Very organized, full of good info, and humorous too.

I've put his book on my Christmas list. :) Sounds very inspiring.
