I was just putting away leftovers into an old sour cream container and noticed it said "live acidopholus cultures"--hmm. Is this true of all sour cream? is it therefore okay to eat on an anti-candida diet?

Ummmmmm, I dunno but I do know that the "sour" in sourcream means it's been aged. Aged cheeses are a no-no on the anti-candida regime.
