Passion flower is good. You can make a tea from the leaves and
flowers. I've used it from time to time with calming results.
Non addictive. When we were kids, we ate the pulpy fruits. The
fruits are about the size of eggs and crush easily. The seeds
are very sweet to almost tart.

Passion flower is a vine that likes disturbed and poor quality
soil. If you can find broom straw, you will probably find
passion flower.

St. John's wort (/Hypericum/), lemon balm (/Melissa
officinalis/), oat sprout extract (/Avena sativa/), lavender
(/Lavandula/), valerian (/Valeriana/ /officinalis/) are some
options in addition to chamomille and passion flower
(/Passiflora incarnata/). Heather flower (/Calluna//vulgaris/)
tea may help to induce sleep. Magnesium is a relaxing mineral.
