this is from results of a person; results may difer for
diferent persons.

taking of yellow MUSTARD (typical ingredients: ditilled
vinegar, water,mustard seed, salt, turmeric, paprika,
spices ) in very small quantities like on tip of index
finger with each morsel of meal , has been found to keep
the body trim also reducing swelling in legs associated
with weaker heart pumping.

wud like to know if others have any experience about this
