Hey everyone,

I am from Canada and grocery stores here do not sell anything advertised as low carb. I am wondering if there are products in grocery stores listed as 'low carb' specifically in upstate New York. Is there a wide variety without having to really look hard? If so, I would take a trip down there. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't make the trip. Our shelves used to be full of the stuff, but not anymore. Now they stock a few items in the "diet section." I think your best bet is online.
