Regarding joint pain - CitrusKiss pretty much nailed it

Glucosamine Chondroitin - a common supplement recommended to those suffering with joint pain

Fish Oil - might help reduce the inflammatory reaction

MSM is supposed to help as well,

I would also add turmeric (Curcumin) which is a natural cox inhibitor

Anti-inflammatory support formula beneficial for joint health! How Does NSI® Turmeric Extract Curcumin C3 Complex® with Bioperine® Work?
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is an ancient spice native to India and Southeast Asia, best known for its distinctive flavor and yellow color, used in curries and some prepared mustards. Besides being a food additive, turmeric has been used for centuries in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and other traditional medicines as a remedy for stomach and liver ailments.

Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, contains a mixture of powerful phytonutrients known as curcuminoids. Curcuminoids have antioxidant properties, meaning they fight the damaging effects of free radical molecules in the body. They've also been shown to have anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and significant anti-inflammatory effects.

Researchers at M.D. Anderson recently found that curcuminoids play a part in blocking a key biological pathway that causes damage to cells and may lead to their unhealthy, unrestrained growth¹. They shut down nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB), known to regulate expression of more than 300 genes that promote inflammatory responses which lead to joint inflammation and cell damage.

NSI®'s Turmeric Extract Curcumin C3 Complex® with Bioperine® contains Curcumin C3 Complex®, a unique, patented, standardized extract of Curcuma longa root, noted as the best curcumin source available.

It also contains Bioperine®, a patented bioavailability enhancer. Bioperine® is derived from piperine, a component of black pepper, which has been found in clinical studies to increase the bioavailability of curcumin twenty-fold².

NSI® Turmeric Extract Curcumin C3 Complex® with Bioperine® is better because it:

Contains 1,600 mg of exclusive C3 Complex®, standardized to 95% for high purity and concentration, providing 1,100 mg curcuminoids per serving.
Contains Bioperine®, which promotes absorption of nutrients in the GI tract.
