Not during induction.
If you wanted it after induction you would have to check the labels for the carb count (and run it though the hidden carb counter). Ensure you count the carbs. I imagine it will have fruit in it (which is another form of sugar), so the carb values may be quite high.

Sugar free does not = carb free.
Most "sugar free" frozen desserts contain fructose, which is just another type of...sugar!
Anything fat free causes suspicion. Fat free generally hangs out with high carbs.
There is an article by Doreen in Low-Carb Tips on sugar alcohols. It is worth reading and becoming part of the "tool kit" in your LC learning process.
