:help:!!!!!! CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT BRAND OF CLA IS THE BEST ONE? I'VE BEEN READING ON THIS PRODUCT, AND ONE SITE I ENTER STATED THAT YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER FOR CLA BECAUSE SOME COMPANIES PUT OLIVE OIL IN A CAPSULE AND SALE IT AS CLA.

ANY HELP OR FEEDBACK WOULD BE OF HELP TO ME. THANKS IN ADVANCE :wave: HAVE A BLESSED DAY. :)

I get mine from Wal-Mart at l2.98 a bottle and take two a day and believe it does work great!

Thanks for the compliment. When I was your age, which I know, is young, I weighed over 200 lbs. when my kids were little. I had four. Then for years I weighed about l65 l70 then I got into biking and exercise, and I have been going to a health club for the past 28 years now. So I keep my wieght pretty well down but still have to watch everything I eat. Not fun, but I want to stay healthy and live a long time yet. :agree: stay healthy everyone that is the key!

Hi, I've been using the liquid kind from netrition! It taste horrible so it takes a few days to get used to it! I always mix it with some other liquid. (I get tired of taking supplements in pill form so whenever i find liquid i go for it!)
Its $23/ 30 day supply (its worth it imho)! :D :thup:

Mscina....thanks So Much For This Information, I Purchased Some Cla From Wal Mart Only To Find Out That The Pills Were So Hard To Swallow. I Had To Drink Alot Of Water Because The Pill Would Not Move. So I Think I Will Give This One A Try. Thanks Alot, Just What I Needed, Something Easy To Swallow...have A Great Day. :)
