:spin: :roll: :confused: I can only eat around 800 calories a day..I eat vegies..hey 6 cups of salad is only about 70calories!, and I get full from that..I can't eat actual fat in meats..I find it disgusting and wanna puke..lol..and I can't eat 1200 more calories in meats a day..thats like way to much meat
I don't even get hungry..I can eat twice a day and I'd be fine..I keep trying to eat more, But I just get a stomachache from eating too much..(yes 1000 calories for me gives me a stomachache..lol) This only happens when I try and diet, If I eat normal..And eat candy or crap..I can easily go over 1200...But not when I'm dieting...Ugh But Now I keep hearing that if your not eating enough, you won't lose weight and your body thinks its starving...But I eat any more I get sick....
lol So what do i do?
The only "fat" I like can eat is olives, but every 10 of those has 2 grams of carbs..And Before I was eating peanut butter (eww 6carbs though) just to get the extra calories..But you can't have that on induction...UGH :daze:

go read the book, or atleast read the back of a milk container

I have a silly question for you SlimShady.....
If you eat 6 cups of salad a day, don't like fat, and can't eat a lot of meat, and you only want to eat 800 calories a day, why are you following Atkins? That sounds an awful lot like a low fat, low calories plan to me?
I'm not being rude or anything, just genuinely curious what led you to Atkins?

lol Yea, that other post is what made me think of it...I used to eat like fried chicken, But its made with egg, oil, and BREADCRUMBS..which I can't eat..So I have been eating it boiled...But butter on chicken? eww lol :spin:
Oh yea, and I did read the book ( I remember most of it..LoL)
It says you don't have to count calories..But I'm asking about it because I don't think I am eating enough despite what it says.

I can eat fattenin foods like McDonalds and stuff! haha but not like eat actual fat, I can't eat fat thats caped on meat..that I find totally disgusting.
I was eating peanut butter, because its like healthy fat, and it gave me an extra 200 calories and protein..But I just found out you can't have that on induction..So now I'm getting even less calories..LoL oops
I'm doing Atkins because everything I eat is high in carbs, (not fat) and its not even necessarily junk food! Cereal, Bagels, Toast, Soda, OrangeJuice, Pizza, Spaghetti, ect..lol
