Has anyone tried this on their stretch marks? I understand vitamin E is really good to get rid of scars or at least diminish the look of the scar. Any other ideas are welcome. Thank you!

I tried this on my burn scars. It didn't help me, but I have heard injesting E and oils will help prevent more stretch marks.

Dr Atkins advised that Vitamin A (or rather beta carotenes) is primary vitamin for skin and zinc is the primary mineral for skin. You can buy lotions that combine antioxidants or that have collagen and elastin in them. Reviva labs is one good choice

I've chosen to spend supplement money on things I take internally rather than creams or lotions. If my skin cells need help, so does everything else, and frankly, I don't care what my skin looks like if my brain or heart cells are hurting.
I've said before--I've never been kicked out of bed for stretch marks. They fade in time. Getting my eating under control so I'm not always cycling and I don't have to worry about generating new ones on top of the old ones is also huge.
A smile hides an awful lot.

If you have to choose between supplements or lotions -- I agree 100%.
Probably the most important thing is low carb diet, second is supplements, third is lotions and creams.
No cream or lotion is going to do much if you eat a ton of high glycemic foods, smoke, etc.
IMHO if you are eating right and taking your supplements -- then creams and lotions will accelerate the skin healing process.

Dry brushing
I take numerous supplements by mouth such as,

Biotin
Primrose oil
Calcium
L-Glutamine
Alpha Lipoic acid
St. John's wort

and a few more I can't remember. I think I am covering pretty much every area. Missing anything?

Looks good.
BTW, I forgot to mention exercise. I see improvements in my skin the day after exercise.
Congrats on your success!

For vitamin A, I'm a big fan of the bottles of Carlson's lemon cod liver oil (A and D in there)... it's honestly so good I use it as a drizzle for salads with olive oil and a little light vinegar. Who knew?
