Restarting Atkins...

HI!! I thought I'd introduce myself... I've started the Atkins diet once before, but got the timing COMPLETELY wrong, as my willpower is not great at the best of times, but I think it was too ambtious to start at christmas. So here I am again, and this time I'm gonna make it!!

I have a question to ask already! ;) .. where can I get low sugar sausages from? I've looked in asda, somerfield and sainsbury's but I cant find any :( . what is considered low sugar??

Thanx for pointing me in the right direction.. I REALLY should have used me eyes! :roll: I will have to try and find a local waitrose, cos thats the only store I've ever heard of and we don't have any butchers nearby.. THANX!!
