i dont think so, usually its 1 day after you stop "drinking"

I don't think it will make you sick either. Any reason for cutting out caffeine?
Caffeine will make your blood sugar crash if you take it on an empty stomach. But it you drink it with food and take chromium - it is unlikely to crash your blood sugar.
the diet drinks have a lot of chemicals that I don't recommend -- but caffeine with fresh brewed tea is wonderful.

Caffeine withdrawal will give you headaches, the severity of which will depend on the amount of caffeine you have been ingesting.
And as Wesley says, it is more likely to happen about 24 hours after you stop.

If you are not careful, caffeine can crash your blood sugar -- which makes you hungry. For example, some mornings when you wake up -- just drink water (no caffeine) and see how long before you get really hungry. Other mornings, drink caffeine drinks right after getting out of bed and see how long before you get really hungry.
If you take your caffeine during, or after, a low carb meal -- it won't have as much of an effect on crashing your blood sugar -- and will give you more energy to burn calories.
The typical low carb diet advice is designed to keep your blood sugar from crashing and shrinking your appetite.

but shrinkin my apetite would be an advantage cause il consume less as i eat to much as it is so that will be a good thing but like i said i think i heard that fizzy drinks make u mor hungry so if i cut that out all togther then i might lose more from that and the no caffine. guess its around 2 and a half weeks maybe 3 that iv not had caffine and my eatin times have def been all over the place since i stopped so dont know if thats linked, not feelin sick any more though so perhaps that wasnt linked to the caffine

I am pretty much addicted to caffiene. I drink coffee all day long. Will this slow my weight loss? I use very little cream and count the carbs in it. I also use equal tablets instead of the packets because they are carb free.

Caffeine will make your blood sugar crash if you take it on an empty stomach.
Do you have any sources for this? The reason I ask, is in every study I've seen which has claimed to show caffeine's effect on blood sugar, they combined the caffeine ingestion with a pure glucose drink, then measured blood sugar levels. None of them (that I've read) did any control groups that took the caffeine and NOT the glucose. Whenever I read those studies, I think, "DUH, of course the blood sugar spiked and crashed, they drank pure sugar, this study doesn't tell us anything about caffeine one way or the other". If anyone HAS done a legitimate study on caffeine and blood sugar, I'd definitely like to read it.
One thing I have seen studied, is that habitual caffeine use is associated with increased fat loss:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=16076989&query_hl=2
High caffeine consumers reduced weight, fat mass, and waist circumference more than low caffeine consumers

Uh, yeah. Me. Try the test that I suggested and you can see for yourself.
Some mornings, as soon as you wake up - drink only water. Other mornings, drink drinks with no sugar but caffeine (usually diet drinks). See how long it takes for you to get hungry.
If you are looking for studies ... nowadays you will find studies that confirm any conclusion you want to confirm. You are better off doing the studies yourself. I certainly am.

I have done that. My experience is exactly in line with the science: caffeine is a powerful appetite suppressant, and helps a lot with weight loss. YMMV of course, since everyone is different. For some caffeine isn't even a stimulant at all. My wife, for instance, gets SLEEPY if she drinks coffee or caffinated beverages. For most people though it's a stimulant. It's generally considered a stimulant, and no rational person would make a blanket claim that it is not, even if a few select people don't react to it that way. Same goes for the appetite suppression. There are exceptions, but the rule still applies: in general caffeine dulls your appetite, it does not stimulate it.
Now the other side of it is the diet drinks that you are drinking may have another reason for stimulating your appetite. For instance, there is at least some anecdotal evidence that some people experience a pavlovian response to the sweet taste of any sweetener (natural or artificial) and their blood sugar rises in anticipation of recieving the sugar it thinks is coming, but may not be. I've yet to read this documented, but it sounds like a rational theory that's at least worth investigating.
I guess in the end though, it doesn't matter why they do or don't work for you. As long as you know they are bad for your progress, you can avoid them, and the why is irrelevant.
If you are looking for studies ... nowadays you will find studies that confirm any conclusion you want to confirm. You are better off doing the studies yourself. I certainly am.
I agree with you entirely, and that is actually a huge pet peeve of mine. In a way, it was actually my original point. The studies that I've read showing caffeine raising blood sugar were intentionally cooked to make sure that they showed what the researchers wanted. I'm looking for ANY study that didn't use this fraudulent method. I'm not trying to argue with you, I actually do want to see the evidence that caffeine affects blood sugar. I've looked hard, and I can't find it.

Only Splenda liquid is truly carb free.

although caffine might be good to help weight loss by surpressin the apetite, drinkin fizzy drinks to get this caffine i think will not help as fizzy drinks and soda increase apetite, so im assumin it will make this source of caffine not work??

Some people drink coffee daily and suffer no consequences from avoiding caffeine suddenly. Other people, like myself, suffer monstrous headache, stupifying headache and nausea if they don't get that morning fix. I go cold turkey several times a year just to give myself a break.
Caffeine speeds up your metabolism. The result is you digest and absorb breakfast much sooner than someone not using caffeine. So you're hungry earlier in the day. That's been my experience. In my case it does NOT suppress appetite.

Caffeine supresses the appetite for me. It instantly stops all sign of cravings/binges I might have.
