:D Thank You Nellie ! Youve made my day. I tried your recipe this am, (I cant even look at eggs). I love it. I dont have any vanilla protein powder, so I used Atkins shake mix(One scoop). It was alittle"clingy" but it REALLY hit the spot. Can you recomend a good protein powder? (Im new at this). Thanks , Dawn

Although it looks pretty easy to make, if someone isn't into cooking, Low Carb Success makes something along these lines and they are very good and filling (and quick). It's called Flax O Meal Hot Cereal. The best is the Strawberries N Cream.
