Brie is pretty strong. Some people really love the stuff; has this rind and creamy/stinky on the inside.
Me, i'm more of a sharp cheddar or provolone person.

Brie really can't have NO carbs, but probably would take a good hunk to amount to more than a couple of grams, and isn't it the kind of cheese you can't eat too much of?

Brie is fine...roasted, melted, rolled in herbs, with fresh tomatoes, with fresh strawberries, dressed with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or some fresh tomato salsa or bruschetta...

And yes, you can overeat brie...at least *I* can. ;)

Hi There!

I love brie too! It has a little less like .08 carb per 1 ounce! viv
