The more I read the more I like the sound of the pork rinds. Does anyone know where I can get some in NZ? Do we have any suppliers of Atkins products in NZ? And where do I find the Soy stuff thats used in recipes instead of flour? Any help is greatly appreciated. :D

Pork rinds are available at the supermarket in the chips section.

Soy flour? It's probably in health food shops.
