Today's planned menus:
Breakfast: FF Greek Yoghurt with fresh blueberries and 150ml V8 juice
Mid-morning snack: Celery sticks with hummus
Lunch: Tuna mayo with baby spinach and cherry toms
Mid-afternoon Snack: Caramel ricotta creme
Dinner: Green-Thai Chicken Kebab with a South Beach Chopped Salad

Breakfast--tomato juice and LF cottage cheese
Snack--SF jello
Lunch--Chicken Salad (mayo, celery, & sunflower seeds) on a bed of lettuce.
Snack--V8 juice
Dinner-- probably grilled turkey breast with stir-fried vegies
Dessert--SF fudgescicle

B'fast: Cereal w/ 1% milk (Uncle Sam's), V8 Juice
Lunch: 2 Wasa Crackers topped with turkey salad, brussel sprouts
Dinner: ?? not really sure ??

Today's Food:

Before breakfast- multi-vitamin 12 oz. water

Break- Asparagus/mushroom omelet, V-8 juice, coffee, 1% milk

Snack-Hummus, celery sticks, 12 oz. water

Lunch- Black eyed peas, greens, 12 oz. water

Snack- Mozzerella stick, sliced cucumbers12 oz. water

Dinner- Ratatoule, cottage cheese, tossed salad, 12 oz. water

Evening-12 oz. water

Lunch : Lobster Bisque, prime rib with ceaser salad, few fried onions ;)

snack : Matcha tea booster juice

Dinner : 1 small chicken breast with spinach and carrots

Snack : few pistachios and SF jello

Breakfast: 2 eggs with shredded cabbage and bean sprouts scrambled together and 40g of low fat cream cheese
Snack: 200g of no fat 70% less sugar yoplait vanilla yogurt
Lunch: 140 g of canned tuna in oil, 5 olives and eggplant/tomato salsa
Snack: Hummus with raw carrot sticks and tomato
Dinner: 1 cup of Homemade meat spaghetti sauce and cooked zuchinni

Herbal tea and water
