Menu:

B: LF cheese Omlette made with 3 eggs, 2oz grated LF cheddar, 8 mushrooms cut up and sauteed off in the pan with 5 sprays of 'spraylite olive oil spray' (2 cals per spray) and 2 cups of cabbage.
S: One heaped tablespoon of LF cream cheese with 2 stalks celery
L: Tuna Salad with 2 cups mixed type lettuce, 6 green olives, half a cup of tuna (no mayo) half a cup of cherry tomatoes
S: none
B: 8 scalops (just the white part) with spices (garlic ginger and lime) and a bowl of green leaves including rocket and spinach.

Water 65 floz
1 cup of tea
1 cup of coffee

Today's Food:

Before breakfast-12 oz. water plus multi-vitamin

B-Sliced apple, mixed nuts, decaf coffee with 1 % milk

After exercising- 12 oz. water

S- Celery sticks with LF cream cheese, 12 oz. water

L- Salad (mixed greens, tomato, chopped boiled egg, onions, bell peppers & sunflower seeds) FF dressing, iced tea

S- LF Cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, 12 oz. water

D- Broiled fish, broccoli & cauliflower, salad, FF dressing

Evening- 12 oz. water

B'fast: Scrambled Egg Beaters w/ steak strips and veggies
Lunch: 2 Wasa Lite Rye Crackers w/ LF Cream Cheese, 8 oz Tomatoe Juice
Dinner: ?? Not Sure ?? will update

B :Berry Blue Booster Juice

L: Panini club sandwich

Snack :Chai tea chiller

Supper : whole wheat spaghetti with low cal sauce

B: 2 eggs, with veggies in them (zucchini, onion, and 1 measly mushroom.... ! Lol)
S: nothing, just too busy getting my classroom ready to remember that I should have a snack.
L: 2 slices ham, 2 slices turkey, 1 oz co jack cheese, 1 c. grapes. 1 c. baby carrots.
S: 1/3 c. cashews
D: grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoe, and I DID have 1 onion ring from DH's dinner. (so not a "perfect" day... but close).

Water.... a lot... I didn't even count, at least 4 bottles, plus 3 of my big 32 oz glasses.
Exercise: "enough"...
