I have a ton of zucchini and I want to make zucchini patties. In my old life, I would mix the shredded zucchinni with eggs and flour. Can I still make this using WW flour and if so, how much Flour can I have?

Thats sounds good!! That brings me to another question if you don't mind. I bough the FF grated parm cheese which tastes fine to me, but do these ff items become "too processed"?

PS Thank you for always helping me, I know i ask a lot of ?'s!

I don't have an answer for your question but please don't worry about asking too many questions. Every question that gets asked teaches me and others something new about this woe.

Thank you Joesfolk, it makes me feel a lot better. I am on week four and I am still trying to get this all straighten out in my head.

I don't know that there is an amount to the flour (after four weeks, whether you use it or not is entirely up to you), but just be aware that the amount will affect the glycemic load, or the effect the food has on your blood sugar. So there would be a significant difference between a tablespoon and a half cup.
