Alarm! It's 2:05 EST and no one has yet eaten!!!

Please post your menu for the day -- either the plan, or, later on, what you've actually eaten -- so that others may get ideas and inspiration as they go about their food gathering for the day :)

Breakfast: nothing!

Lunch: half a pound of egg salad (from a natural foods deli) on baby romaine lettuce (from a bag)

Dinner: (will be) 8 oz salmon covered with ranch dressing and baked, one cup baby bok choy, stir fried in butter

Snack, if needed: salami OR chocolate protein shake

Breakfast: Sweet Italian Cheese called B.... :rolleyes:
with a dribble of Almond Extract and a splenda pkt.
Lunch: (Office lunch - Sandwhiches from Boston Market)
Salad made from the insides of above sandwhiches :D
What is an allowable amount of Tomato.. I haven't eaten
any since I started LCing.

Dinner: Taco Salad with no shell. Extra hamburger
Snack: Chocolate Coffee Bean
Cream Cheese dessert...

I was in such a mood for milk products... got to be careful!!
Intolerant!

Breakfast: 2 slices of deli roast beef
Coffee 1 cup
Lunch: low carb veg. soup
Dinner: low carb soup
Snack: dip made with 2 tbsp. bacon cheddar ,1tsp. sour cream and 2 tbsp. may
pork rinds

I had 160 oz of water, 1 decaffinated diet coke, 1 cup of herbal tea with splenda. :wave:

Breakfast: bacon... not too hungry

Lunch: Mediterranean fish & vegetable soup

Snacks: handful of macadamias, chunks of cheese

Dinner: baked chicken with skin seasoned with s & p, garlic, and herbs de Provence, broccoli with butter, sliced fresh Italian tomatoes

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with cream
Snack: low carb shake(3)
Lunch: cottage cheese 1/2 cup(3)
Snack: Pork rinds with 2 tbsp. salsa (3)
Dinner: Cubed steak with 1/2 cup spinach 1/2 cup asparagus
132 oz of water, 1 cup of coffee with cream, 1 decaffinated diet coke, 1 cup of herbal tea.
Snack: sf jello mixed with cream cheese
