How much did those 2 turkey sausages weigh Hazy?
Did you know that 1/4 and not 1/2 of an avocado is the correct portion size? Are you measruing the amount of chicken salad?
 Portion control is going to be a big piece for you from here on.

Yeah i know that sadly :( I love my food and I have been trying to stop eating when I am satisfied lately, looking for the signals instead of just pigging the whole plate without thinking. I have hardly eaten anything over the past week through stress, today is the first day I have actually got my appetite back a bit.
The turkey sausages...I have no idea what they weighed, but I won't be eating them again, they were only for convienience this morning because I actually didn't have anything else to eat, they were horrid anyway!
The avocado was a super small one which is why I had half...usually I would have a third.
And as for the chicken salad, I had 4 oz chicken to 2 cups of lettuce and some tomatoes and spring onions.
I was thinking about protion control over the past week or so, and actually, my portions are not super huge really. I do like my food, but I don't pig out - I do however have to cut down on the protien I think, I have been eating probably 6 - 8oz of meat at a time and I know this is too much.
Thank you for pointing out those things - it helps for you to look to my food occasionally and tell me where you think I might improve!

Fluffybear,
Are you weighing and measuring everything? ie: How much cereal? how much beans and where are the veggies with them?

Miezimau, you always challenge me with your food choices! For those who, like me, don't know what leberkase is, it is a pork liver pate shaped like a sausage. I love how much I learn on this sight.

Fluffybear,
Are you weighing and measuring everything? ie: How much cereal? how much beans and where are the veggies with them?
I had 3/4 c. of whole grain cereal for breakfast and about 3/4 c. of beans (which I know was a little more than allowed for the beans). No other veggies at lunch ( unless you count the soy bacon I put in with the beans when I made them),but I had sprouts for part of my snack and veggies at dinner. Believe me I get plenty of veggies.
