Introducing two exciting discussion groups on Natural Health
and Wellness.
Natural health and wellness is about biologically based
therapies and mind-body interventions. Traditionally, it is
about the natural healing therapies of prevention and healthy
lifestyles, eating natural whole foods, nutritional
supplements, physical exercise, and/or stress management.
