b-2 fried eggs with Br. sausage links,1 TB cream for tea.
l-tuna salad on bed of lettuce,s/f jello.
d-swordfish W) green beans.
80 oz water========No exercise[hurt my hamstring]

Breakfast: Fat-free Greek Yoghurt with fresh blueberries and 150ml V8 juice
Mid-morning snack: Celery sticks with hummus
Lunch: Tuna Mayo with a mixed salad, and Caesar dressing
Mid-afternoon Snack: Strawberry Ricotta Creme
Dinner: Grilled monkfish with stir fried scallops and pak choi
In case anyone was wondering, the Strawberry Ricotta Creme is just ricotta mixed with strawberry DaVinci SF syrup, and not fresh strawberries.

Menu:
B: Cheese omlette with mushrooms and turkey bacon
S: none
L: tuna salad
S: celery and peanut butter
D: Broccoli sauteed with mushrooms and chicken
Water 65 floz
2 cups of coffee
Hey cag, don't mean to exclude you from posting your menus, but do you think it would be better to do it in your journal now - considering you are on Atkins at the moment.....I think maybe it might be a little confusing for the noobies to see you eating atkins food when you are posting your menu in a South Beach thread...either that or can you make it totally evident in your posts that you are posting ATKINS menus and not SB ones.

Here's what I had today:
32 oz glass of water before I even STARTED eating anything! (that is my "new rule" btw)
B: 2 eggs overeasy, 2 pieces bacon, sliced cucumbers, radishes, and carrots.
S: peach BIG glass of water.
L: 30 pistachios, cucumbers, radishes, carrots, Another BIG glass of water. Just really wasn't hungry at lunch time today.
S: 2 oz cheese
D: Big Lettuce salad with, onion, radish, 1 hb egg, and vinegar/evoo dressing, leftover roast beef (always better the 2nd time!!)
Dessert: Haven't had it yet, but I'm sure there's a sf fudgcicle in the plan for the evening.

B'fast: Tuna Salad, 6 oz. tomato juice
Lunch: SB Chicken Wrap, sf jello (know this is not good to do but was running errands and I was hungry!! :))
Dinner: Leftover turkey breast, beans, asparagus
88 oz water
2 c coffee
1 decafe diet pepsi
