I LOVE Thai Food!!!!!!!! Has anyone tried to make any SB Legal Thai dishes?
I make a soup with Light coconut milk, chicken, red and green pepper strips and TOM KA KAI paste.
Paste Total Fat 1g
Total Carb 3g
Sat fat less then 1g
Sugar 2g
Protien 1g
Fiber less then 1g
Sodium 600mg

I am still trying to find my way around the nutrition label. Does anyone know if it safe to make this soup on Phase II?

Thanks Michele :yum:

I know and I do have High Blood pressure. I was thinking of trying to make the paste myself. I will have to learn how to cook lemongrass and some other spices. I think I will try because the sodium really is too high. Thanks Judy

You could make this kind of thing to your own specification without the salt.
This was taken from a blog of people who specialise in making their own thai sauces etc.
